Wheel of Life
15 minOne wheel showing which area is not getting the room it deserves.
Overview
Client records, engagement plans and scheduling on one side. On the other, the tools you work through with your client while you are both still in the room. Coachlane holds both.
This is the real tool, not a screenshot. Drag the scores, or focus a segment and use the arrow keys.
The flow
Setting Coachlane up does not cost you a weekend. There are three steps.
First and last name is enough. E-mail, phone, city and notes are optional. Upload your coaching agreement as a PDF if you use one, and never see the field again if you do not.
A chemistry call, or a package of eight? Pick the plan, put the sessions on the calendar, and the progress count takes care of itself.
Open the Wheel of Life on screen and fill it in with your client. The summary lands on their record, and the next session picks up from there.

Tools
The tools coaches have been drawing on paper for decades, on screen. Every one of them is made to be filled in with your client while you are both still in the room, and every one leaves its result on the client's record.

A list that stays alive between sessions and gets ticked off.
Each shape here is drawn from the product's own components rather than captured as a screenshot. Switch the theme and they switch with it.
Up close
The Wheel of Life is where a session opens, and the goal board is the one list that does not close between sessions. Both are here as they really are.
Starts with eight areas and takes anything from four to twelve. Each area gets a score for today, an optional target, and a short note. Save it and the average plus the two lowest areas land on the client's overview, ready to sit beside the previous wheel next session.
Blue is where the client is today, the red arc is the target. The scores themselves are never red, because a low area is not wrong, it is just quiet.

Write the goal, add the actions under it. Tick actions off and the progress figure follows on its own. One list that stays alive between sessions instead of closing at the end of each one.

Starter and Pro cannot be bought yet, because no payment processing is wired up. The prices are here anyway: before you move your records somewhere, you are owed the number you will be asked for later.
Anyone who signs up before billing opens pays this price for the first twelve months.
Prices are shown for the country you are in. Billing will follow the card as well: a Turkish card pays in lira, everyone else in dollars.
