Privacy
This is short, because the amount of data we collect is short.
What we hold
For your account: your name, e-mail address and profile preferences. For your clients: only what you type in. First and last name are required; e-mail, phone, city, country, gender, birth year and notes are optional. There is deliberately no field for special category data such as health, and there never will be. If you have opened your booking page, a request from it keeps the name, e-mail address, phone number and message of the person who sent it. Those are typed by them rather than by you.
Why we hold it
To run the service, and nothing else. We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with third parties.
Who can reach it
Only you can reach your client data. Coachlane administrators can see account status and total usage counts; their access to client names, your session notes, your tool runs and your agreements is closed off at the code level. Demographic reports are aggregate only, and any breakdown with fewer than five records is folded together, so no report can be reduced to one person.
How long we hold it
Until you delete it. Archiving a client keeps the record with you. Deleting your account removes everything, including your clients, sessions, tool runs and uploaded files.
Cookies
Only the strictly necessary ones that keep you signed in and remember your language and theme. We use no tracking or advertising cookies, which is why you never see a cookie banner. We do count how many people open which page, and we do it without a cookie: nothing is stored that follows you from one visit to the next, and the count stays inside the same infrastructure that hosts the app.
