What the service is
Coachlane is software for professional coaches to manage their clients and sessions. It does not provide coaching and it does not generate coaching advice.
Your account
You are responsible for the security of your account and password. Do not share your account with anyone else.
Client data
You need the appropriate permission from your clients before entering their data into Coachlane. For that data you are the controller and Coachlane is the processor.
The free plan
The free plan is free today and its limits are shown plainly inside the product. When a paid plan launches, your account will not roll onto it by itself.
Early access
Coachlane is in early access. There can be downtime and features can change. We do everything we can to protect your data, but this release carries no service level commitment.
Ending it
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We can suspend accounts that break these terms.
